Raymatic Digital Solutions Inc. was incorporated in 2001 with a focus on the design and manufacturing of custom electronics products for the CD/DVD industrial technologies. Our investors and main partners are Swiss companies in the same branch. Our customers are mainly East and West European companies as well as Asian companies. Raymatic Digital Solutions Inc. has many years of expertise in the development and mass production of automated systems, vending machines, firmware, software and custom electronics. We are able to provide the right level of technology to solve each problem at the right price. Raymatic Digital Solutions Inc. is also capable of modifying products for specific needs.

Our product range consists of DVD-R automated prewriting systems, manual DVD-R prewriting towers, CD and DVD testers and stamper players, CD and DVD vending machines and terminals for selling and coping of CD and DVD media.

Raymatic Digital Solutions Inc. works with its customers to create new products. The product ideas will be defined by the customers and our engineers will create a proposal that covers all aspects of the product. This includes drawings, packaging, cabling, printed circuit boards, firmware, software and instruction manuals. The next step is to produce a prototype for customer’s evaluation followed by test series production. After the production version has been optimized a mass production can be started.

Most of our products are based on printed circuit boards. The PCBs range from simple, single sided boards with a few passive components to multi-board, multi-layer packages. Our company is focused on embedded microprocessor solutions. Several projects have left the company with thousands of lines of reusable code. The processor series we use have proven to be a wonderful choice due to its low power consumption, high speed, low cost, extended temperature range, on-board memory and single chip configuration and were chosen according to the specific customer needs.
